Katelyn's 3!

My sweet, little big girl is 3! She's very much a mommy's girl right now - Mommy must do just about everything for her. :) She still likes Elmo, but is getting into Princesses - every Disney character except Minnie Mouse is pretty much a princess. Cinderella is her favorite - she calls her "ballerina". She knows some of her letters, sings the ABC song, can count at least to 10, sometimes a few more. She knows all of her colors and thanks to Team Umizoomi on Nick Jr, most of her shapes. She's still the adventerous eater of the kids and will try most things, esp. if they are on a grown-ups plate and not hers. ;) Sleep has been a battle lately in that she doesn't want to nap and often times doesn't unless she falls asleep watching a show on the couch or in our bed. Night time has become a battle as well - not wanting to go to sleep/being wired/crazy or refusing to sleep in her room and only wanting to sleep in Mommy & Daddy's bed. I know that part of it is having the new baby, but part of it is probably just Katelyn and her strong will. ;) Since we've been home from the hospital and probably a little before, she's shown serious interest in potty training and has been doing pretty well when naked - which is her favorite state to be in!
