Visiting Santa

We might have picked the coldest day so far this winter to go to Noblesville to see Santa. We had no idea that you had to wait outside the entire time! None of us were dressed really appropriately - no mittens or hats for kids, etc. Chris & I ended up taking shifts waiting in line while the kids sat in the van and stayed warm. (I didn't have mittens and found a pair of socks in the van that I wore on my hands! It literally took me half the afternoon to really warm up!) 1 But it was an experience and hopefully we'll remember for next year! The big kids were very good and read their lists to Santa and Adelyn didn't cry when sitting on Santa's lap although she looked a little confused by the Big Guy! :)
